Iphone-ägare fick pengarna tillbaka

Varken Apple eller leverantören av iPhone-lexikonet hörsammade Mikael Karlssons klagomål på blufflexikonet han hade köpt. Men se: fyra timmar efter Realtid.se:s artikel om hans problem fick Mikael pengarna tillbaka – från Apple.

Mikael Karlsson, den missnöjda köparen av lexikon till iPhone som Realtid.se berättade om i fredags, fick pengarna tillbaka lagom till helgen: blott fyra timmar efter artikelns publicering fick han ett individuellt och tillmötesgående svar från Lauralee på Apples kundtjänst.

Nu ska sägas att Lauralee besvarade ett mejl från Mikael Karlsson som skickades bara ett dygn dessförinnan. Men faktum kvarstår: Mikael kämpade förgäves mot autosvar från både Apple och lexikonleverantören, och Petter Ahrnstedt, svensk Applepresstalesman och före detta it-journalist, skyllde på leverantören när han tillfrågades om ärendet.

Först efter att Realtid.se:s artikel hade publicerats blev det någon ändring.

Här är Mikael Karlssons mejl till Apple från i torsdags kväll, och därefter Apples svar:

Item Name: Hungarian-English dictionary

Comments: The application is a fake.

It’s supposed to be a dictionary but it cannot even translate the most basic words such as ”hello”, ”good bye”, ”good day” or the hungarian word ”szia” (means hello).

When I reported this problem using your Report Problem feature you answered back that you cannot do anything about it and to contact the vendor.

So I contacted the Vendor stating that their product is crap and the answer I got back was: “we can include your suggestions into the next update”

So from now on when I refer to your App Store it is instead the Fake Store.

You tricked me for 38 Swedish Kronor and I am happy I did not pay more for an application from your Fake Store.

If you are an honest company you will refund my money and black list the company that sold this fake App. But I will not hold my breath for this to happen.

Enjoy my 38 Swedish kronor and have a beer. I file this experience under ”I should have been wiser”.

Hello Mikael,

I’m sorry to learn that this item did not meet the standard of quality you have come to expect from the iTunes Store. I will be happy to assist you with this matter today.

I have reversed the charge for the purchase of the ”Hungarian-English Dictionary.” The credit should be posted within five business days.

I have also submitted this item for investigation. Apple takes the quality of the items offered on the iTunes Store seriously and will investigate the issue with this item, but I can’t say when or if the issue will be resolved. Please try again in a few weeks.

Mikael Karlsson säger till Realtid.se att han visserligen är nöjd med att ha fått pengarna tillbaka. Men upplevelsen har satt sig i honom, och känslan av att man köper grisen i säcken på App Store tycker han kvarstår.
