In relation to the statements made by Poker Trillion today August 18 (“Trillion Limited -v- Boss Media Malta Limited and Boss Media AB”, Boss Media has made the following short statement to its customers (not for further distribution).

Due to the peculiarities of the Malta legal system, Trillion Ltd has been able to issue an order to secure the value of the hardware servers in the Boss Media datacenter in Malta. The order includes the possibility to unplug the servers September 18 if certain conditions are met, one being that a 2.5 MEUR bank guarantee to be posted by Trillion Ltd. to the benefit of Boss Media.

The order is issued as a security for a coming court case regarding the termination of Trillion Ltd as a customer of Boss Media. We are confident to prevail in the main court proceedings that will start later this year.

We will not allow any interruption of the service of the Malta servers and are taking all necessary measures to ensure this. We also have back-up systems in place for the unlikely event there should be any disturbance of the Malta servers.
