Today, 27 May 2016, Cinven has through the indirectly owned company Cinoor S.à r.l. (the “Shareholder”) sold 12,083,842 shares in Coor, corresponding to 12.6% of the shares in Coor, in an accelerated book-building process at a price of SEK 38.50 per share (the “Placing”).

After the Placing, the Shareholder no longer holds shares in Coor.

Nordea Bank AB (publ) and UBS Limited acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the Placing.
