We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing team in Stockholm.

You will join our established Legal function and work as a Legal Counsel, with a primary focus on our Swedish operations.

About the role

As part of our Legal team, you will work closely with our internal teams, advising on legal matters related to incentive programs. This role offers the opportunity to further develop and tailor our legal offering for the Swedish market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Acting as Legal Counsel in Sweden, with a focus on providing legal advice to our Swedish clients
• Developing and adapting our legal offering for the Swedish market in collaboration with the Legal and Consultancy teams
• Ensuring legal feasibility and drafting required documentation for incentive plans, including plan terms and conditions, AGM notices, and resolutions
• Supporting Allshares Group’s in-house operations, primarily the Swedish group entities, in matters relating to corporate law compliance and client agreements

About you

We are looking for a pragmatic and business-oriented lawyer with a solid understanding of Swedish corporate law and corporate governance, as well as experience in securities regulation relating to listed companies.

While you may not yet have extensive experience in incentive plans, you are motivated to deepen your expertise in this area and contribute actively to the team’s development.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have a Swedish Master of Laws degree (Jur.kand./LL.M.)
• 3 years or more of working in a law firm and/or in an inhouse legal counsel role, international corporation is a plus.
• Have knowledge of Swedish corporate and stock market regulation,
• Have written and spoken proficiency in Swedish and English, as English is our corporate language. Additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience of incentive plans and contract law is meritorious.
