We are looking to recruit a business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to join our client’s dedicated legal team.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will be a key figure in the development of the legal team. Further, you will work with a broad range of legal matters that can occur in the company with focus on Swedish corporate law and corporate governance.

You will report directly to the Group General Counsel.

Profile and qualifications

We are looking for you who have a Swedish law degree and about 7 years of experience working with Swedish corporate law and as an inhouse legal counsel at a listed company.

We believe that you have a curious, open, and business oriented mindset, while at the same time have strong legal analytical skills. You must be self-driven and be capable of independent work as well as in a team. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and in writing is a requirement.

The ideal candidate would be able to work out of the company’s head office in Malmö, Sweden, but we will also consider applications from those based elsewhere in Sweden.
