Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions

We are looking for a Project Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Group M&A is part of Vattenfall’s staff functions and is responsible for acquisitions, divestments, swaps and mergers of companies and businesses carried out by the Vattenfall Group.

You will join an experienced team, working on and leading deals from day one. As a Project Manager you will manage and gain exposure to smaller and larger M&A transactions, working alongside and leading deal teams. As Project Manager you will have the overall responsibility to lead negotiations, conduct due diligence, develop valuation models and strategies. As Project Manager you will lead and cooperate with teams of various experts requiring good communication and leadership skills.

You will participate in shaping the smart energy society of tomorrow, working in a professionally varied environment with a big range of contact points. You will be joining a committed and motivated team. Our airy open-plan office is located in a new and modern building on Evenemangsgatan in Solna, across the street from Mall of Scandinavia.

Qualifications and personal characteristics for a Project Manager at M&A

We are looking for an analytical person with good communication and presentation skills. To be successful in the role as Project Manager at M&A skills in financial modeling and MS Excel is a prerequisite. We believe you have a background from investment banking, accounting, valuation work, controlling or similar.

The position is located in Stockholm and the candidate must be willing to travel within Northern Europe.
