We are currently looking to expand our Legal team in Solna, Stockholm, with a legal counsel to support our Nordic business (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway) and become a true partner of the entire Nordic organization This is a unique opportunity for a legal career within a highly talented organization in a world-leading consumer goods company with a fast moving and highly interesting business.
What you will do
You will become part of a Northern Europe Legal team of 6 lawyers (4 based in London) and report to the Legal Director (based in Solna). You’ll also join a larger European Legal team and work with P&G lawyers globally on some matters. The role is based in Solna and limited travel can be expected.
You’ll mainly be responsible for supporting the Nordic business, notably the Sales, Commercial Operations, Brand/Marketing, Product Supply and Finance teams. You will provide legal guidance under all relevant Nordic (and EU) laws and regulations. This requires an ability to work at a high pace, be agile and work on many different matters in parallel without compromising on integrity or quality.
A proactive work approach with a strong sense of ownership and leadership is important to succeed in the role. You will work with a growth mindset and will continuously learn, build expertise, provide legal advice and solve issues within numerous areas of law across the Nordic countries, sometimes with the support of outside counsel.
Typical areas of law that you’ll work with are competition law, marketing law, contracts, dispute resolution/litigation (e.g. advertising disputes, IP enforcement), privacy, corporate law, compliance, regulatory matters, M&A execution, and consumer laws.

A Swedish (or other Nordic country) master’s degree in law.
Approx. 3-6 years of professional experience as a lawyer, preferably from a well-renowned law firm or from an in-house counsel role.
Strong communication skills and working proficiency (verbal/written) in Swedish and English. Skills in another Nordic language, especially Finnish, would be a plus.
