We are now looking for a Employment Counsel to join our Stockholm office, enhancing our vibrant Legal Team as well as providing our international Growth Team with legal knowledge to support the growth of KRY within and beyond our current markets.

Tasks and Responsibilities
As the Employment Counsel of the KRY group you will be responsible for all legal employee related matters in the KRY group internationally. You will be reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with our energetic KRY HR Team, reviewing, negotiating and drafting agreements so that we can continue and engage the best employees, supporting our team managers with labor law related issues, dealing with any issues with unions, employee related data protection regulations, supporting new markets with the set-up of KRY as employer etc.
You will have an important role in working with our different teams in Sweden, Norway, Spain, France and UK where you will be responsible in building processes for each country.
Other tasks include but are not limited to:
Monitoring labor law development and best practice in all countries where KRY is operating
Reviewing and analyzing regulations related to processing of data in the different countries;
Maintaining, updating and negotiating employee related agreements and insurances;
Handling any disputes;
Ensuring a continuous relations and negotiations with unions in the different countries to the extent applicable; and
Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates at least 6 years relevant working experience as an in-house counsel or HR focused on labor law specifically.
You have strong knowledge and skills in:
- Swedish Labor Law;
- multi-jurisdictional legal practice;
- contract drafting and negotiating;
- fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Experience from a high-growth, owner-operated or venture capital-based business and/or experience from a multinational organization is meritorious. As is knowledge of French and/or German.
As a person you have strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail. You enjoy working in a diverse and entrepreneurial setting and you have an operational, hands-on attitude with a proactive, driven mindset.
